Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and support compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally or ERP systems, and an understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation matters. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards. Invoicing and Receivables: Generate invoices and monitor accounts receivables, ensuring timely payment from clients. Taxation and Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance reports. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Internal Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation and information. Expense Management: Track and verify business expenses and ensure adherence to budget limits. Vendor and Customer Communication: Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments, invoicing, and disputes. Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis and budgeting to provide insights for management decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com, BBA, MBA or related fields). 1-3 Years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sectors. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MS Excel, Tally, SAP). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Qualifications B. Com, BBA MBA (Account Finance) or related fields.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate employee records, timely statutory submissions, and adherence to applicable labour regulations under the new Labour Codes . Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain and update employee records related to attendance, leaves, and salary structures. Handle payroll inputs like new joiners, exits, salary revisions, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements. Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement and audits. Compliance Labour Laws: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements: EPF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Professional Tax . Stay up to date with new Labour Codes (Wages, Social Security, OSH, IR) and implement changes in HR processes accordingly. Prepare and file periodic returns and reports to labour departments. Handle labour inspections and audits and respond to notices if any. HR Operations: Support recruitment activities including screening, scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain and manage HRMS or employee database with accuracy. Manage exit formalities including full and final settlement, exit interviews, and documentation. Administration: Oversee general office administration, vendor management, facility upkeep, and inventory management. Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistics. Ensure compliance with safety and workplace policies. Key Skills Competencies: BBA, MBA, MSW degree in Human Resources or related fields Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel , payroll software (e.g. Zimyo Essl etc). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and time management. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity. Qualifications BBA, MBA, MSW degree in Human Resources or related fields.
